For international countries we ship via USPS First Class International Mail. We also offer expedited shipping services for an additional charge which is calculated at checkout.

WILL I BE NOTIFIED WHEN MY ORDER SHIPS?

Once your order is placed, you'll receive an email confirming your receipt and approval of payment. You will receive another email within 24 hours with your tracking information.

HOW LONG WILL IT TAKE TO RECEIVE MY ORDER?

We offer FREE US shipping via USPS First Class Mail (2-3 business days). For international orders, we ship USPS First Class International Mail (6-10 business days). Please note this shipping method doesn't include insurance. 

CAN I EXPEDITE SHIPPING?

We offer expedited shipping options at checkout. Fees will be an additional charge. You can choose from the following preferred carriers USPS Priority International, DHL, or UPS. If you would like insurance, we recommend selecting DHL or UPS. When you are in the checkout area, please check the box for the updated shipping options.

WILL I PAY CUSTOMS OR DUTY CHARGES?

There are no duties or additional shipping charges for deliveries to USA, Australia, NZ, UK, and European Union countries. Duty charges may apply to other countries, which Oh La Lari is not responsible for covering. If you are unsure, please check with your local customs department for import duties in your country, state or region.

HOW WILL MY ORDER BE WRAPPED?

Each order is shipped with a cotton drawstring bag, ready for gift giving. Look out for your package in a cactus print mailing envelope. Inside you will see a hassle free return or exchange card in case you need to mail it back.
